FAQs

What products do you offer?

We focus on custom cakes, as well as offer a small selection of cheesecakes, pies, and our famous cinnamon rolls!

I just placed my order. When will it be ready?

For our pies and cheesecakes, it usually takes 3-4 days. For our cinnamon rolls, usually 2-3 days.

How long in advance can I order a custom cake from you?

Depending on our current pipeline, we generally require at least seven days notice for a custom cake; however, please shoot us an email if you are within in that timeframe and we will do our best to accommodate. Even if your order if placed ahead of the seven days, there is no guarantee until confirmed.

Are you completely organic?

We do our best to source all organic ingredients, but we haven’t achieved that just yet. Everything is still made with real, nutritious and non-GMO ingredients otherwise. Please reach out for a more detailed ingredient list for any of our products!

Is everything baked to order?

Always!

What is in your baked goods?

Shoot us an email and we would be happy to provide an ingredient list!

Are your products gluten-free?

Upon request, products are baked naturally grain-free; however, products are baked in a kitchen that may have come into contact with wheat, as well as nuts and dairy. We accommodate dietary preferences vs. severe allergies. If you have a more serious allergy, please proceed with your best medical judgment. We are not medical professionals.

What do you use as alternate sweeteners to sugar?

Monk fruit and Erythritol are the primarily used sweeteners in HYC goods as both are natural alternate sweeteners that have minimal impact on most digestive tracts. We also use 100% pure maple syrup, coconut sugar, and raw honey.

What the heck is Monk fruit and Erythritol?

Monk fruit sweetener is a natural, zero-cal sweetener extracted from a small, round fruit grown in Southeast Asia. Because of its antioxidant properties, it is a great alternative for anybody watching their fructose/glucose (AKA sugar) intake! Plus, is not considered a sugar alcohol.

Erythritol is a sugar alcohol; however, has a lower carbohydrates content that regular sugar (meaning less calories). Sugar alcohols are also subtracted from the total carbohydrates content of a product and it does affect blood glucose levels or insulin secretion (woo!).

Where can I find your baked goods?

Currently we offer only delivery and pick-up options for our goods.

What payments do you accept?

We accept Venmo, CashApp and cash.
